The Aurora Hospice & Palliative Fellowship program processes all applications through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). When reviewing applications, the Program Selection Committee ensures applicants meet the following minimum criteria:

• Completion or anticipated completion of an ACGME-accredited program in ONE of the following areas:
  • Child neurology
  • Family medicine
  • Internal medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Physical medicine and rehabilitation
  • Neurology
• OR, at least three clinical years in an ACGME-accredited graduate educational program in ONE of the following specialties:
  • Anesthesiology
  • Emergency medicine
  • Obstetrics and gynecology
  • Psychiatry
  • Radiation oncology
  • Radiology
  • Surgery
• Completion of USMLE I, II/CK, II/CS and III or COMLEX I, II, III

Our ACGME-accredited program offers two positions per academic year. Applicants requiring J-1 visa sponsorship are considered. H-1v sponsorship is not required. Interviews are by invitation only.
