Continuous quality improvement
Contact usAurora South WI EMS is committed to providing our patients with the highest standards of care. To accomplish this goal, we work to continuously improve the process of care provided by our partners in the field.
Our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process helps us – and you – deliver the best care by monitoring a list of predetermined EMS call types. Care administered in the field is reviewed through patient care reports completed in WARDS, through the standards set by our EMS pre-hosptial care guidelines.
Contact us with questions about our CQI process.
Provider feedback
We know that timely, useful feedback helps you improve the quality of care you provide to patients. You may receive feedback delivered as QI/QA, patient outcome data, or a ride-along to promote just-in-time (JIT) training and monitor proficiency.
If you have questions about how feedback is delivered, contact us.
Reporting
Aurora South WI EMS is working with ImageTrend, a software data management company, to develop reporting that supports our CQI process. ImageTrend is also helping us develop an online application process for programs such as Mission Lifeline.
